Emily Milnes is an attorney and Chief of Staff for the Libertas Council. As an immigration lawyer, she specialized in forced labor and human trafficking cases. She also worked with the International Justice Mission in East Africa designing a program addressing crimes of violence against women and children, and led program relations for Pepperdine University School of Public Policy. In addition to her law degree, she holds a Master of Public Policy and a Master of Laws in dispute resolution focusing on genocide and reconciliation. Emily speaks frequently on vocation, human rights law, and policy.
