Carlton Deal is founder and CEO of Serve the City International, a global organization focusing on human trafficking, migration and refugees, loneliness, homelessness, youth, and the environment. Carlton also serves as the General Secretary of the European Prayer Breakfasts and conducts leadership development and strategic meetings throughout Europe with International leaders in government and nonprofits. He is a graduate of Columbia International University and holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Regent University. Carlton lives in Brussels, Belgium with his wife, Shannon, and is a friend to everyone he meets.
