Emily Milnes joins the Libertas Council as its Chief of Staff.
After a distinguished career representing human trafficking victims in immigration courts and building programs for Pepperdine University’s School of Public Policy, Emily Milnes joins the Libertas Council as its Chief of Staff. Emily is dedicated to empowering leaders and helping them move from mere agreement to practical action on efforts to combat human trafficking, advance democracy, and affirm human dignity. In addition to her Juris Doctor, she holds a Master of Public Policy in international relations and a Master of Laws in dispute resolution.
